Description

Dual Simultaneous Frequencies

• By default, the 551™ Transmitter sends out two frequencies simultaneously ensuring optimal signal performance and enabling side-by-side comparison to better detect and characterize anomalies – all while in the field.

IntelliTrack™ Noise Rejection

• With IntelliTrack™, we added digital noise rejection in our Receiver so that you can clearly track cables carrying a signal, despite electrical interference.

Inductive Clamp

• With the IC-5 clamp, this locator can apply a signal without needing to disconnect or de-energize the line.

Transmitter Induction

• Place the 551 Transmitter in Inductive Mode a few feet over a line and emit a long-range, low-bleed signal.

Passive

• Detect and trace power lines carrying live AC-current without using the Transmitter.

Peak/Null

• Now you don’t have to choose, you have both in the same locator. Track the line with Peak and pinpoint with Null in any frequency.

IP54

• Protected with IP54-rated resistance to water and dust means the 551 can withstand conditions on any job site.

Bright LCD

• High contrast sunlight readable LCD display makes the screens easy to read in any lighting conditions.
